Fundraising

Whenever you’re considering a donation to a 501(c)(3) organization, we would be truly grateful for your support. And if your employer provides gift matching, remember that the HGES PTO is a registered non-profit—be sure to ask your company about matching your contribution!

Additional Ways to Support Our School

CAT Matching Program

If you or a family member is a Caterpillar employee, your donations may be eligible for company matching through Caterpillar’s Give. Match. Grow. program. Matching gifts significantly increase the impact of your contribution and help support a wide range of HGES initiatives. We greatly appreciate this added level of support.

Box Tops for Education (Walmart)

Supporting HGES is easier than ever. Simply link your Walmart account to the Box Tops for Education app and select Hickory Grove Elementary. Eligible purchases are automatically credited to our school, turning everyday shopping into meaningful support.

Kroger Community Rewards

Everyone needs groceries, so why not support our school while you shop? Enroll in the Kroger Community Rewards program and select Hickory Grove Elementary. A portion of your purchases will be donated to HGES at no additional cost to you.

Book Fairs

The HGES PTO proudly hosts Book Fairs each year. These events help foster a love of reading while raising funds to support school programs, activities, and classroom needs.Kroger Community Rewards

Restaurant Nights

Enjoy a night out with your family while supporting our school. The PTO hosts several Restaurant Nights throughout the year. Watch for upcoming dates and participating restaurants.

Raise Right

Purchase gift cards through our Raise Right program and a portion of each purchase is donated back to the PTO. These funds help support school programs, special projects, and enrichment opportunities for our students.

Your participation in these programs helps support PTO initiatives, enrich student experiences, and fund projects like our nearly completed Outdoor Learning Center. With the final phase wrapping up and our “Rockin’ Ribbon Cutting” on May 1st, we look forward to setting goals for our next exciting HGES project!
